Our secure and secluded enclosure in Birkenshaw is perfect to train or exercise your dog on a one to one basis.
The field is ideal for puppy training, playing games or a private area where you and your dog can relax and have fun.

Selection of agility training equipment and toys available on site.
​
Shelter provided to enable you to stay dry on winter days. The area is not floodlight, but has automated lighting to and from the parking to the field.

Customer parking available on the private road of Soureby Cross Way, BD4 6PZ.
45 min sessions available.

You will receive a confirmation email once you have booked a session (please check your junk inbox if you can't see it). You will find the code to enter the gate, directions, contact details in case of an emergency and additional information.

Terms and conditions
By booking Dogs Unleashed you are agreeing to the terms and conditions detailed below

Liability
Customers are liable for any damage caused to the property, injury to animals or individuals whilst using our facilities. The land owners accept no liability for damages or injuries caused.
Any breakages to equipment or damages to the field will be paid for by the dog owner.
All dogs must be up to date with their flu/booster inoculations.

Booking arrangements
Bookings are only made through our website at www.moorhousefarm.org
Dogs Unleashed offer 40-minute booking slots which is 40 minutes inside the secure area. You will have a 5-minute window either side of your booking time in order to give you time to enter the area and leave promptly. If you arrive to your booking late, this will be taken out of your 40-minute time slot.

Payment
All payments must be made by credit or debit card through our website. Cash will not be accepted.

Cancellation policy
Amendments to a booking can be made more than 24 hours before your booking. Contact us to rearrange via Facebook or email us on Dogsunleashedmhf@outlook.com. Bookings are non-refundable.

Bookings
All bookings must be made in advance. Only the household members of the customer attending may attend the session.
​
Entering / leaving the field
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have the correct gate code to gain access to the area before arriving for their time slot. Codes change on a regular basis. For advance booking please contact us via Facebook or email to receive the correct gate code at least 24 hours in advance.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they close and lock the gate securely when entering and leaving the area. Failing to lock the padlock correctly may affect your usage of the area.

All dogs MUST be kept on a lead when walking to and from the secure area.
Customers must inspect the field to ensure it is suitable for their dog(s) before taking your dog off the lead.
​
Ethics
Cruel or harsh treatment while handling the dogs either verbal or physical is strictly forbidden.
Dog trainers working with their clients will only be allowed by prior arrangement.
Please ensure you put your dog’s back on the lead by the end of the session. Any issues with this, you must notify us immediately.

Facilities
Poo bins will be provided by Dogs Unleashed. Customers MUST bring their own poo bags and remove all dog poo from the field before leaving. Poo bags are available as an emergency in the shelter.
Customers must use the litter bin provided and customers must remove any litter from the area as this would cause threat to other users, dogs, horses and the environment.
Dogs Unleashed inspect the area on a daily basis to ensure the area is clean and safe. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at www.moorhousefarm.org
CCTV is in operation 24/7.
The field may be muddy during the winter months, so we advise customers to take caution when in the area and wear suitable footwear. A shelter is provided for your convenience, please treat it with respect.

Horses
Customers must not touch, feed or call the horses while on the premises. Customers must not bring food for the horses. Customers must be considerate and mindful of the horses in the adjacent field especially when in darkness. Customers must not allow their dogs to bark at the horses. Head torches must be used sensibly.

Parking
Vehicles will be left completely at owners’ risk. Dogs Unleashed accept no responsibility for damage, accident or otherwise whilst visiting Dogs Unleashed. Dogs Unleashed will provide one car parking space per customer.

​
Children
Children under 16 are welcome to use the facilities with customers but must be supervised at all times by an adult.

We retain your contact details for the sole purpose of contacting you regarding your booking. This information will not be used for other purposes or shared with other parties.
